When applying for a rental property with Fylde Property you will be required to follow a set of guidelines and terms and conditions
Property Viewing & Application - after viewing an available property, if interested in continuing with an application a comprehensive form will need to be completed, along with an application fee paid.
Details requested include - Applicant details inclusive of DOB, name, contact details, current address and those for the past 3 years, landlord details, employer details including salary information, bank details, additional personal referees and identification. These references are then verified through our office.
Approval - once all references are obtained satisfactorily an approval letter will be sent to the prospective tenant requesting bond payment, and moving date, with the landlord being notified the property is let.
Post tenancy - Inspections will be undertaken when required, rent should be paid via standing order only as a condition of the tenancy agreement, any repairs should be logged with our office as soon as they are identified so we can arrange to have them rectified swiftly.
